You will be able to add additional participants on the next page. Please remember, 1 adult sponsor per gender is required for every 10 students.

After you submit this group form, look out for a follow up email from the Camp Fusion staff with additional information about the camp schedule and programs including the medical and liability forms that each attendee will need to fill out electronically.

 

*Only deposits turned in by the registration deadline are guaranteed t-shirts and requested sizes. Deposits after the registration deadline will receive t-shirts in order received.
