There are two exhibitor categories: internal and external.
Internal
– Texas Baptists or BGAV Ministry Offices, Texas Baptists Institutions/Universities, WMU of Texas, Texans on Mission (formerly TBM), Denison Forum and Historical Museum.
External
– All other organizations that provide ministry-related services not governed by or under the operating authority of Texas Baptists or BGAV.
All exhibiting organizations must provide services or ministries valuable to Texas Baptist chaplains and pastors.
