Categories are defined by your organization’s legal status or the purpose that the exhibit space, sponsorship, or promo will be used for. All organizations must provide services or ministries valuable to Texas Baptists churches.

Internal organization
Texas Baptists Ministry Offices, institutions or universities, WMU of Texas, Texans on Mission (formerly Texas Baptist Men), Denison Forum and Historical Museum.
Non-Profit organization
A not-for-profit organization that provides ministry-related services/products and none of their Board is elected by BGCT. A current letter of 501(c)3 status will be required.
Market Place organization
All other organizations including all for profit companies will be assigned to this category. Any Internal and/or Non-Profits who engage in a sales function in their exhibit space will be assigned to this category.

Exhibitor space in the main exhibit areas. Each space includes 8' height back drape, 3' height side drapes, 6’ table [covered & skirted], 2 standard chairs, wastebasket, and ID sign. Requests for additional items (tables, chairs, electricity, etc) are made through Decorator Kit.
